Refund policy
If your order is eligible for return
- Contact TLTcollection email address for customer support within 5 business days of delivery to request a return and provide the details necessary. Customer support will provide you with the return address to ship your order back to.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all original items that were included in the packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking
CANCELLED ORDERS:
If you decide to cancel your order beyond the initial 48 hour period given, please be informed that a 35% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund. This deduction accounts for specifications and personalized changes that are inherent in each order.
If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then call your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, make contact with your bank. A refund is usually posted after some processing time. If you have done all of this and have yet to get your refund, please contact us and we will assist you.
